Talk to a backup engineer, not a chatbot.
Every request lands directly with the engineers who built the product — no tier-one filter, no scripted replies. Open a support request below and we'll get you the right person, fast. Mark it urgent and it goes straight to the on-call responder.
Open a support request.
Give us enough context to skip the back-and-forth. Product name, environment, what changed, what you have already tried. We will respond from a real engineer's address — feel free to reply directly.
Quick answers.
Many requests we receive are already covered by the answers below. Worth skimming before opening a ticket.
How fast do you respond to support requests?
General requests get a reply within a few business hours during European working hours. ZeroTAM customers have agreed SLAs and a dedicated channel. Urgent requests are routed to the on-call engineer immediately.
Do you offer phone support?
For active incidents we will call you back from a real engineer's line. For day-to-day requests we strongly prefer written communication — it scales, it leaves a paper trail, and it is easier to attach evidence and logs.
I think we have a security issue with our backups. What now?
Use the support form above. Choose the relevant product, set topic to Security, and urgency to Urgent if there is an active incident. Avoid sending sensitive details (credentials, logs, hostnames) in the first message — we will share a secure channel.
I'm not yet a customer, but I have a technical question. Can I still ask?
Yes. Pre-sales technical questions are welcome — they help us scope the right answer when you do become a customer. Use this form or email contact@backupsec.com.
Where can I see service status / known issues?
A public status page is on the roadmap. In the meantime, ZeroMON customers see internal incident updates inside the product, and we proactively email anyone affected by a confirmed incident.
